Who actually owns the artwork?

Please note, that Elizabeth OBrien Art and dba Margaux & Izzy own ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. We retain the right to create ALL reproductions of ANY kind.

The collector (or buyer) MAY NOT REPRODUCE the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
