WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the Corona Virus. Shipping times will be delayed and may take up to 6 weeks until we have a better handle on shipping and printing. We currently use USPS or UPS for shipping orders within the United States. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 5 -7 business days normally (with the exception commissions.) If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please email us directly and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!
DOMESTIC
We ship domestically for FREE in the Continental United States. Due to the Corona Virus. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Please contact us for extra shipping and extra fees if outside of the country or Continental US.
CAN I RETURN MY ARTWORK OR PRINT
All original paintings, prints, and products are FINAL SALE. We do our best to protect your artwork or print; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at eobrien@elizabethobrienart.com with photos and we promise to fix the issue.
CAN I REPRODUCE MY PRINT OR ORIGINAL ARTWORK?
No. Please note, Elizabeth OBrien Art OR dba Margaux & Izzy, own ALL RIGHTS TO ALL artwork. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. We retain the right to create ALL reproductions of ANY kind.
The collector (or buyer) MAY NOT REPRODUCE the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
